Sunny top-floor apartment in the award-winning Building of the Year 2023 – Cherkovna Residence. Fully private and cozy space with a bright living room, equipped kitchen, peaceful bedroom, and modern bathroom. Great location with fast access to metro and city center, and just a short ride from Arena 8888 - ideal for guests attending concerts and events. Guests also have access to the building’s garden and shared relaxation areas. The space The apartment is located on the 8th floor. The elevator reaches the 7th floor, and the final floor is accessed by one flight of stairs. This is a fully private apartment — nothing inside is shared. Only the common outdoor areas of the building are shared (as in any residential complex). Guest access Guests enjoy full privacy inside the apartment. Once you enter the front door, the entire space is exclusively yours — living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The apartment is located on the 8th floor. The elevator reaches the 7th floor, and the final floor is accessed by one flight of stairs. Only the standard building common areas (entrance lobby, elevator, staircase, and the residents’ inner garden) are shared. Other things to note Guest Registration / Online Check-in In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, all staying guests are required to register prior to check-in. 3 days before your arrival, you will receive a link to our secure registration portal. You will be asked to provide: - Full name & Date of birth - Nationality - Document type and Document number (ID card or Passport) - For Bulgarian citizens only: National ID / EGN (ЕГН) is also required. Data Privacy & Security: Your privacy is very important to us. The registration portal uses secure encryption. All collected personal details are used strictly for legal host-reporting requirements (ESTI) and will be automatically deleted after your stay.
