Before you start

  • Access to your Airbnb host account (easiest on a computer).
  • The property already added under Properties & rooms.
  1. Step 1

Open the listing's calendar on Airbnb

Log in on airbnb.com and switch to hosting. Open “Calendar” and pick the listing.

Click “Availability” on the right and scroll to “Connect calendars”.

  2. Step 2

    Copy Airbnb's link

Click “Connect to another website”. Airbnb shows its calendar export link — a long address ending in .ics. Copy all of it.

Each listing has its own link. If you have several properties, repeat steps 1–3 for each one.

  3. Step 3

    Paste the link into Smarthoster-bg

Open Calendar sync and scroll to “Property calendars”. Paste the link into that property's “Airbnb calendar export URL” field.

It saves by itself when you click outside the field (you'll see “Saved”).

  4. Step 4

    Turn Airbnb sync on

At the top of the same page, under “Which platforms to sync”, switch Airbnb on. Below it you'll see “Calendar link: on 1 of 1 property”.

  5. Step 5

    Check it works

Open Bookings and press “Sync now”. Your upcoming Airbnb bookings appear with their dates. From then on it checks by itself (every 60 minutes by default).

The calendar link carries dates only. For the guest's name, number of guests and price, connect Gmail too.

Questions about this step

Why does my Airbnb booking have no guest name?

Airbnb's calendar has dates only. The name, number of guests and price come from the confirmation emails — connect Gmail. It's still one booking, not a duplicate.

Dates I blocked on Airbnb don't show up. Is that right?

Yes. The “Not available” events in Airbnb's calendar are blocked dates, not reservations, and are skipped on purpose.

How quickly does a new booking appear?

Airbnb refreshes its calendar every few hours, and we check it every 60 minutes (you can change that). With Gmail a booking usually appears within minutes.

What if a guest extends their stay or cancels?

The calendar is the source of truth for dates: a change updates the same booking. A future booking that disappears from the calendar is deleted — unless guests have already registered or it was exported to ESTI.
