1. Step 1

    Open Export

Pick a range by check-in date: “Today”, “Last 7 days”, “Last 30 days” or your own dates.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the format

“ESTI export (CSV)” — for ESTI's text import, all properties in one file. Press “Download CSV”.

“ESTI register export (xls)” — the official “Регистър за настанени туристи”, one file per property. Pick the property and press “Download xls”.

  3. Step 3

    Upload the file to ESTI

Log in on esti.tourism.government.bg and use the file import for your accommodation place. Uploading is yours to do — the app builds the file but doesn't submit the data for you.

  4. Step 4

    Corrections and cancellations

If a booking changes after export (dates, room, price), Bookings shows “ESTI update in next export”. The next file includes it automatically as a correction, whatever dates you pick.

If a booking is cancelled, press “Cancel in ESTI” — the next CSV marks its guests DEL and the xls register marks them “Анулирана регистрация: Да”.

  5. Step 5

    Deleting personal data (optional)

Under Settings → “Data retention” you can switch on automatic deletion of guests' ID data 1 to 30 days after export. The booking itself is kept.

Questions about this step

CSV or xls — which should I use?

ESTI accepts both. The CSV is one file for all properties; the xls is the official register template, one file per property. Use whichever you find easier to upload.

Why does the CSV include guests I've already submitted?

Those are bookings changed or cancelled since the last export — they go in as a correction (UPD) or cancellation (DEL) so ESTI's record stays right.

Who can see that I downloaded guest data?

Every export is written to Activity with the email of the team member who made it.
