    Invite someone to your team

    Open Team, enter their email under “Invite someone”, tick what they can do (e.g. “See bookings”, “Export”) and press “Send invite”. The invite is valid for 7 days; if the email doesn't arrive, copy the link and send it by Viber.

  2. Step 2

    Add people on Telegram

    Under Settings → “Telegram daily messages” press “Add person”. For yourself press “Open Telegram”, then Start. For a cleaner choose “Cleaning list only”, copy the link and send it to them — they open it and press Start.

    At 08:00 everyone gets a message: you a full summary, cleaners only on mornings when a property needs cleaning. Guest names and personal data are never sent.

Questions about this step

Does a cleaner need an account?

No. Telegram is enough. They mark a property cleaned with a button in the chat or with /cleaned.

Can a team member download guest data?

Only if you give them the “Export” permission. Every export is logged in Activity with their email.
