- Connect Gmail with an app passwordGmail adds the guest's name, number of guests and price from Airbnb's and Booking.com's emails to your bookings. It needs an app password from Google.
- No double bookings: link the calendarsThree links per property: Airbnb â Booking.com to each other, and our calendar to both. Every taken night is then blocked everywhere.
- Guest registration: the link and what guests see3 days before check-in every booking gets a link. You send it to the guest, they scan their ID on their phone and the data is ready for ESTI.
- Submitting to ESTI: download the file and upload itPick a date range, download the CSV or xls register and upload it to ESTI. Changes and cancellations after an export go into the next file automatically.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Smarthoster-bg cost?
The first 6 months are free for every host, with one property or many, and no card details. After that you pay per registration at the rate on the homepage, with no monthly subscription.
Do you submit the data to ESTI for me?
No. The app builds the file (CSV or xls register) and you upload it to esti.tourism.government.bg. That way you always see what you're submitting and in whose name.
Do I need both Gmail and the calendar links?
For Airbnb either one is enough, but they work best together: the calendar guarantees the dates, Gmail adds the guest's name, number of guests and price. For Booking.com the calendar link is required and Gmail is optional.
Will bookings be duplicated if I connect both Gmail and the calendar?
No. Both sources use the platform's real reservation code, so a booking stays one row.
How is guest data protected?
The document is read on the guest's phone and only the checked fields reach us, never the photo. Identity data is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and you can have it deleted automatically 1 to 30 days after export.
Can I add a booking by hand?
Yes â on Bookings â âAdd booking manuallyâ, or by picking dates on Calendar and pressing âMake bookingâ.
A booking from an email wasn't matched to my property. Why?
Bookings from emails are matched by the listing title. If it differs from the property name, add the exact title under Calendar sync â âProperty name matchingâ.
Does the app work on a phone?
Yes. The dashboard is built for phones and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Connecting the calendars is easier on a computer.
How do I delete my account?
Write to support@smarthoster-bg.com from your account's email address.
